General Manager Global Transactional Solutions & Client Experience
Westpac Institutional Banking
Di commenced in the role of General Manager, Global Transactional Solutions & Client Experience (GTS&CE) Westpac Institutional Banking in January 2017. In this position Di has responsibility for Westpac’s Global Corporate & Institutional service, product and specialised sales teams, which span the domestic and international markets.

Prior to joining the Westpac Group, Di held the role of Managing Director & Head of Transaction Services, Asia Pacific for JP Morgan, based in Hong Kong since 2013. In this role, Di was responsible for driving the firm’s regional business across cash management, liquidity and escrow services, leading key functions including strategy, sales, product development, risk management, client service and solution implementation. In her time at JP Morgan, Di led the firm’s local, regional and global teams to deliver market-leading solutions to its customers.

Prior to this Di held several senior roles in Citi’s transaction bank, Asia Pacific over 13 years with the institution. Di has also held a variety of roles at Hewlett Packard and SAS Institute.

Di holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (Australia) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree from University of Western Sydney (Australia).
