WHY THE AWARDS COMMITTEE SELECTED HER NOMINATION

Jan was nominated three times by different peers across the industry - testament in itself to her leadership. Through her work at Quest Jan is noted as a disruptor of business models, a forward thinker, an involved, inspirational and motivational leader, and for creating an environment in which innovation can flourish. Her introduction of diversity and well-being policies has added to this environment. She has fostered the successful introduction and implementation of a long list of payment innovations, including Quest Merchant Services (QMS), Pocket Pay mobile POS for small business, and a new charity product suite to accept of card and contactless donations - which is having an important impact at the Royal Hospital for Women.
