Kathryn
Vine
Proposition Lead, New Payments Platform, ANZ Banking Group
Kathryn currently leads ANZ’s “business” stream of the NPP program, tasked with developing a coherent and compelling end-to-end experience for ANZ’s customer and staff. She leads a team of 30 and is the key liaison with senior stakeholders (MDs and GMs) around the business. Kath also has a crucial role in ANZ’s industry engagement as a member of the NPP Design Authority and is a recognised champion of the customer experience among her peers in that forum.

Most of Kathryn’s experience is in financial services, with a particular expertise in payments. Previous UK-based roles have included cards and acquiring projects, the Barclays component of the UKs NewBACS program (ACH replacement), and leading the work at the Co-Operative Bank to replace their Payments Hub. Kathryn is also a veteran of Barclay’s Faster Payments program where she led the business stream
